Frey Fabio

Even as a child, sitting on my father's shoulders, an expert butcher and delicatessen owner, I developed a passion for this wonderful profession, which led me to follow in my father's footsteps in 1975. After about five years of training at Mario Sciaroni's butcher shop in Bellinzona, I took over my father's butcher shop, which had been open from 1953 to 1957 and then rented to third parties until June 6, 1980. It was on this date that the Frey butcher's shop opened its doors, with one employee working for me, and on June 6, 2010, we celebrated our 30th anniversary with four employees.
In my butcher shop, I have always chosen the best for my customers, and it is with this motto that I have had great satisfaction. Over the years, I have kept up to date by attending various courses, which have been useful in helping me to serve my customers better.

The 30th anniversary was celebrated on June 5, 2010, with numerous customers participating in the day dedicated to this event. During the aperitif, various grilled meat specialties and quality cold cuts were served, all accompanied by music and cheer.
