Dry aged beef is a trend from New York that we are perfecting in Zurich. We mature the porterhouse, bone-in rib eye and club steaks in-house in 30, 60 or 90 days. Another specialty is the meat from young Argentinian bulls (beef fillet - entercôte - rump steak), which feed exclusively on juicy and nutritious herbs from the Argentinian pampas.
We source our wines from first-class suppliers in Zurich and import wines from Argentina ourselves.
