Since March 2003, the former Russo butcher's shop has been run by Joseph Fulvi and his team.

Joseph Fulvi, a young Italian, affectionately addressed by many people simply as "Jo", has since introduced many innovations and ideas to his business. He and his specialties have become an insider tip, especially among people from Brazil, Spain, Portugal and Africa, as the special "cut" of the meat is decisive for the corresponding recipes.

In Jo's Macelleria e Salumeria you will find almost everything that belongs in Italian and Latin cuisine. This includes a variety of different pasta, breads, cold cuts, cheese, eggs and antipasti.
