Although we no longer visit our suppliers in person every day, our quality standards have remained the same. Good is not good enough for our guests. Whether it's vegetables, fish, meat, or poultry, we order and receive daily deliveries. If a product does not meet our quality criteria, it is returned. We know all our suppliers personally and place the highest demands on them. The word "fresh" is not an elastic term in our establishment, but is lived by us as it is understood in the vernacular. We also make no compromises when it comes to preparing our food. You will not find steamers or microwaves in our kitchen.
