Dhiraj Raut, born in Nepal, has lived in Switzerland for 13 years and only discovered his love of cooking later. Starting with simple dishes for friends, he has developed into a passionate cook for Nepalese cuisine over the years. He has gained experience in various kitchens and caterings - Swiss, French, Indian - cuisines. During this time, he has learned how to prepare Indian and Nepalese cuisine in a more homely and therefore digestible way for European guests.

Kamal Kishor was born and raised in India. After many stints as a chef in India, he worked as a chef in Bern and Schaffhausen.
He spoils our guests with his exclusive specialties and ideally completes the naanu cooking team with his creativity and experience.
Jagadif Gurung complements the dynamic team at naanu as a motivated and experienced assistant chef.
