Dhiraj Raut, a native of Nepal, has been living in Switzerland for 13 years and only discovered his love of cooking later in life. Starting with simple dishes for friends, over the years he has developed into a passionate cook of Nepalese cuisine. He has gained experience in various kitchens and catering services – Swiss, French, Indian. During this time, he has learned to prepare Indian and Nepalese cuisine in a way that is more familiar and therefore more palatable to European guests.
Kamal Kishor was born and raised in India. After working in many different kitchens in India, he worked as a chef in Bern and Schaffhausen.
He spoils our guests with his exclusive specialties and, with his creativity and experience, perfectly complements the naanu cooking team.
