I consider myself lucky that I can combine these three words with my profession. All three are important to me; they flow seamlessly into one another.

My great-grandfather dedicated himself to the craft of upholstery back in 1913. I am the fourth generation to experience the fascination of the profession again and again. First and foremost, it is the manual work; learned and handed down. But a sure instinct, a trained eye for harmonious proportions, the urge for perfection, intuition and the joy of beauty also contribute to the end product: whether for curtains, upholstered furniture or furniture houses. In collaboration with my sister, an experienced and accomplished interior seamstress, I carry out all the work in my own workshops. I also pay attention to tradition when choosing restorers and fabric manufacturers; together we focus entirely on the customer's wishes.
