Schlechte kommunikation, Mietrecht nicht ganz verstanden

Extrem schlechte kommunikation, emails wurden oft gar nicht beantwortet. Die Rückgabe des Mietzins Depots hat ca. 2 Monate gebraucht (nur nach mehrmaligem nachfragen) und dann wollten sie mir 150.- davon abziehen für "Räumungsarbeiten Liegenschaft Pauschal" für abfall der von anderen verursacht wurde.

Keine Rückmeldung und Erledigung von Mietmängeln

Mietmängel werden zögerlich, nur sehr langsam oder einfach gar nicht bearbeitet, insbesondere wenn es mittlere Komplexität hat. Es ist sehr chaotisch und man wird hingehalten. Reparaturen können mehrere Monate dauern.
