Our own health is our greatest asset. That is why we would like to offer you various ways in which you can maintain, improve and support your health. Use your time at Stadtoase to recharge your batteries and do something good for yourself. The Stadtoase offers a wide range of facilities for this purpose. Among other things, our garden sauna with various sauna huts and lots of outdoor relaxation options is a wonderful way to return to the city feeling refreshed and relaxed after a little me-time

Sauna open from Wednesday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, on Wednesday from 10 am to 4 pm exclusively for women.

Nature

Nature has a lot to offer to promote our health every day

In the city oasis, you can immerse yourself in a natural paradise in the middle of the city, so to speak. Near the large meadow on the premises you will find our carefully tended HerbaDea herb garden, not far from which is a children's playground that invites you to linger. But our large meadow is very special, where you can relax and watch the clouds go by. A sweat lodge experience is also held regularly in our small wooded area.

For those who prefer a quiet and calm experience, you can relax in our gender-segregated and privacy-protected sunbathing area.

Exercise

Exercise is essential for a healthy lifestyle

A wide variety of courses are offered by our tenants in the Stadtoase premises and/or on the grounds: From ballet to aikido to tai ji, yoga and much more. For regular exercise classes, you are welcome to contact the providers directly; you will find the contacts on the respective topic page. On the other hand, you will always find exciting events on the subject of exercise on our agenda.

But even those who prefer exercise spontaneously and individually will find a wide range of opportunities on our premises. Children can let their energy run free on the playground and those who feel like it can simply do their exercises on our large meadow.

Nourishment for body and soul in beautiful surroundings

We can also influence our health, but also the way we treat crops and animals, through our diet. It is not only the origin and quality of the products or their preparation that are decisive, but also the environment, company and the pleasure we experience when eating and drinking, which contributes significantly to the well-being of each individual.

Rental

Spaces for use in the spirit of nature, health and (open) space

The Stadtoase has many different ways in which it can make space available to private individuals and organizations to accommodate offers that represent or meaningfully complement the values and goals of the Stadtoase. We rent out our various areas and premises to therapists, garden tenants, teachers of exercise programs, associations in the field of health promotion, initiators of nature education camps, trainers of health treatments and many more.
