Josef Marty, owner of Druckerei Geisseler & Marty, has been running the print shop in Alt-Wiedikon in the city of Zurich for 15 years. He is a trained typographer and polygrapher and has extensive experience in prepress and costing.

We are your specialist partner and offer you a wide range of prepress, offset printing, letterpress, blind embossing, hot foil stamping as well as die-cutting, creasing and perforating services.

We are an experienced print shop and offer you an impeccable service. We take care of prepress work, offset printingand book printing. As all production takes place in-house, we are flexible and can act quickly on orders.

We advise you personally and respond to your wishes.

 

Our production range

Prepress: This is where the print data is checked for readiness for printing and transferred to the printing plates in A3+ and A2+ formats using Harlekin RIP.

Offset printing: We print on Heidelberg quality printing presses, which dominate offset printing worldwide. The 2-color Speedmaster prints in 35 x 50 cm format. The 2-color MO prints in the
format 48 x 65 cm.

Book printing: Bulky print items, such as block bottom envelopes, can be printed using the old-fashioned hand printing process (top left). We generally still use letterpress printing.

In our print shop, we work with the famous original Heidelberg cylinder universal machine, which we use for punching packaging, creasing and perforating.

 

Equipping

The finishing department takes care of format cutting, folding, collating, block making, stitching, punching, corner rounding, banding, packaging, etc.

Our offer in detail

• Punching: Folders and punching
• Grooving: Thick paper (from 160gr) is creased so that there is a nice fold
• Perforating: Payment slips, numbering for invoices or ticket pads
