Description
Career counseling for career choice, study choice and career planning
Before the first career choice, before school and university choices and during the apprenticeship or studies (pupils, learners and students)
The first career choice is of crucial importance, as it often sets the course that will have a lasting influence on a person's lifestyle, personal well-being, satisfaction and opportunities for development in the years that follow, and possibly throughout their entire life.
Psychophysiognomics can be used to reliably identify individual gifts, talents, inclinations and personality traits. This enables the psychophysiognomist to identify individual career and study options and possible career paths in a consultation and in a written report.
Psychophysiognomic counseling is based on the study of the person, their development to date, their current stage of development and their likely future development. Based on this, we work together with the person seeking advice (and usually with one or more relatives: parents, partner, etc.) to find the most optimal path for school, study and career choices and career planning under the given personal and external circumstances.
Modern psychophysiognomics views the path to a career, as well as a person's career path, as a dynamic process in which the person concerned is the basis and the focus. For the person seeking advice, the further development process should be satisfying and as optimal as possible.
Over many years, we have found that it is advantageous in almost all cases if at least one parent or another person close to them is actively involved in the entire counseling process. It is also very beneficial for adults who are about to change careers or make important career decisions if someone close to them is involved in the counseling process.
Of course, this is not a requirement, but merely a recommendation. If you don't want to involve anyone in the consultation, you can receive equally reliable advice without this.
But not only the first career choice is important. Changing careers, professional development and shaping a career are just as important. Not only success or failure, but often also health and the family climate depend on it.
Unless expressly requested otherwise, the result of the career guidance session is drawn up in writing.
Counseling appointments take place at our premises or, if desired, in the form of a video conference .www.carl-huter.ch
