With its newly designed range of services at the Center for Psychosomatics Zurich City, the Kilchberg Sanatorium is creating an outpatient therapy option that can be flexibly integrated into everyday life and the working world.

Psychosomatics describes the interaction between mental and physical processes, taking social factors and the resulting illnesses into account. The new integrative therapy offering addresses precisely these interrelationships.

Psychosomatic treatment of: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, women-specific and stress-related illnesses such as burnout and sleep disorders. The SymBalance therapy concept is used in the treatment of stress-related illnesses.

The Center for Psychosomatics employs experienced specialists from the fields of psychiatry and psychotherapy, psychology, neurology, internal medicine, social and nutritional counseling, physiotherapy, and complementary medicine.
