Als neue Benutzerin der Fleurope-Dienste haben mich Frau Steiner von der Zentrale sowie Frau Stephanie Thomann von au Boutique Ăźberaus freundlich bedient. Frau Thomann hat mich gefĂźhrt durch die BlumenfĂźlle und hat schnell meine Vorliebe entdeckt samt Grusskarten und gewĂźnschtem Liefertermin. Die sehr versierte Fachberaterin hat mich beeindruckt. Ich komme wieder zu au bouquet! Danke! H. Brunschwiler

My partner order flowers for me, which I never received. Flowers were suppose to be delivered on 8th of Match, but because I was not at home I receive a call from a woman who could only speak dialect. I was asked to leave the flowers near the post box, but instead she left a not that I can pick up flowers from the shop - which by the way will be closed for next 5 days. I called her back, she was rasing voice telling that she did her job and I need to wait. Unfortunately, because I work during shop working hours, I could not come in 5 days to the shop and when I called it turns out that there are no flowers anymore. It is probably the rudest people working in service I have ever met in my life. No way to come towards client, to check time when I am at home and make sure that flowers are actually delivered.
