Host & ChefChef Simon Theus is a master of culinary craftsmanship. For more than 40 years, he has pursued his passion in the kitchen and learned his trade from the ground up. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in renowned, award-winning restaurants, as a ship’s chef aboard the luxury liner Queen Elizabeth II, and through numerous engagements in Switzerland and abroad. His broad culinary expertise combines classical cuisine with international refinement. In 1991, he graduated as a certified restaurateur from the prestigious EHL in Lausanne.
