The Pilates Studio me. is located in a quiet area of Lugano and is a bright, detail-oriented space designed to offer a personalized and high-quality Pilates experience in Lugano. We work with a mindful approach focused on posture, movement control, and strengthening the deep core muscles, integrating Pilates equipment training with bodyweight exercises. We offer: • Private sessions in our exclusive PilatesSuite • Small group classes (max. 4 people) • Pilates Reformer in Lugano and training on large equipment • Targeted work for pelvic floor and core • Pilates during pregnancy and postnatal programs • Postural training and mindful cardio training Our method combines the expertise of CovaTech®Pilates School with the postural approach of Star Education School, with special attention to the deep stabilizing muscles (transversus abdominis, multifidi, diaphragm, and pelvic floor). Each program is tailored to individual goals: improving posture, preventing back pain, toning and strengthening, post-pregnancy recovery, or simply moving better and feeling stronger.
