Müller est parfaitement à l'écoute des besoins du MO, est capable de s'adapter à des contraintes complexes comme la rénovation d'un bâtiment classé, et connaît très bien les normes et exigences pour des projets élaborés. Il est réactif, présent et de bon conseil, et propose des solutions cohérentes et esthétiquement bien intégrées. La gestion et la direction technique sont bien maîtrisées et le cadre contractuel avec les entreprises très claires. Tout cela, avec sourire, humour et décontraction.

J'ai reçu un accueil magnifique et très sympathique de M. ISA qui a tout mis en œuvre pour que sa prestation soit rapide, de qualité, à un prix très raisonnable. Le service était pour mes parents très âgés et M. ISA et son équipe ont fait preuve de bienveillance à leur égard et au mien en me téléphonant pour m'assurer que tout s'était bien passé.
