Quand j’arrive avec mes 3 Bassets Hounds dans le cabinet vétérinaire de Dr. Ritter, je comprends chaque fois qu’une salle d’attente pour mes chiens n’est pas nécessaire. Déterminé ils visent directement dans la salle des soins, ou la question suivante se pose, qui a le droit de montrer d’abord sur la table automatique des soins. Dr. Ritter connaît toutes mes Basset depuis leurs jeune âge. Cette Vétérinaire douce et compétente confie les premières minutes qu’ a l’animal en les caressants et leurs parlants pour leurs donner confiance avant de commencer les soins nécessaires. I have severe back problems and have been doing individual Physiotherapy as well as group Physiotherapy (which is like Pilates) for several years in PhysioCare Nyon. I am very pleased with the professional treatment and very useful exercises I do there. All the physiotherapists that took care of me to this day are very devoted, kind, always listening to what I have to say regarding to how I feel, very attentive, very professional, tailor the exercises to my needs, really nice people and very helpful. The director of the clinique Maria is an excellent physiotherapist who guides her staff carefully. Until now, I managed to postpone having a back operating which is very important for me. The secretary is also such a nice person and so helpful and this makes the ambiance very pleasant and welcoming. I always recommend this place to everyone in need.

J'ai eu la chance d'être prise en charge par la fondatrice d'ARDEAT, Mme Wautelet, après à une brûlure à l'eau bouillante. Elle est extrêmement compétente, facilement atteignable et prend le temps de donner d'excellents conseils pour la cicatrisation. Les 3 médecins que j'ai consultés au centre d'urgence n'ont pas su soigner ma brûlure, j'aurais aimé connaître plus rapidement Mme Wautelet, cela m'aurait évité bien des complications. Je recommande chaudement le centre ARDEAT et Mme Wautelet !
