A family business through the agesThe Hans Schillig Garage in Lachen was founded in 1979 and in 1981 Hans Furrer Sr. joined the garage as workshop manager. In 1984, the family business was renamed Schillig AG, which is well-known in the region. In 1988 Brigitta Furrer also began working for the company, taking care of the office and administration. Together with her husband, she was elected to the Board of Directors in 1997 and together they formed the new management team. Later, the shares were purchased and since 2003 the company has been fully owned by the Furrer family.A company on the moveA constant expansion of the product range, the pursuit of good service and a modern infrastructure led to further changes. In 2009, the new Audi Centre in Lachen was opened in order to do justice to the brand and the growing demands. The company now employs 36 people and, in addition to its core business, has been delighting customers with innovative ideas and events for several years now.A family remains true to itselfIn 2014, the company continues to honour its tradition as a family business. Son Hans Furrer Jr. joins the company and starts working as a service manager. In 2016, the Furrer family opens a new chapter in the company's history. Team Personnel Solutions SA specialises in the placement of permanent and temporary staff in the technical, administrative and commercial sectors. Temporary placement: the ideal solution to cover production loads, replace an absence or complete an order with competent personnel. The employees are employed by Team Personnel Solutions SA, which takes care of all administrative activities related to personnel management. The rate applied to the customer includes all social security charges and contributions payable by the employer. Permanent placement: on the basis of the profile sought by the client, we activate the search and selection process: publication of advertisements on the main job search engines and the major trade unions in Ticino, screening of CVs received, interview of candidates, request for references and evaluation of work certificates. The client and the candidate are accompanied step by step throughout the selection process and during the introduction period at the new employer. Try and hire: the freedom to test the candidate's skills over a fixed period of three months and then have the opportunity to hire at no extra cost. Payrolling: the client selects the employee, while Team Personnel Solutions SA takes care of all administrative and accounting procedures.
