Back exercises / gymnastic stretching - healthy Using specific exercises to move in a way that is healthy for the back. Strengthens and loosens the core muscles. Targeted attention is paid to the correct posture. Gymnastic stretching strengthens, mobilizes and stretches from head to toe. Rebouding - Active Rebounding is an energy-building cardiovascular workout on the mini-trampoline that is easy on the spine and joints. The vibrations warm up the muscles, promote flexibility and train balance; ideal conditions for muscle training and stretching. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ We offer open classes in Yoga, Pilates, Rebounding/Trampoline and Back Gymnastics/Gymnastic Stretching, in small groups of max.7-8 people. All teachers are certified gymnastics and yoga instructors and have completed a time-intensive and thorough training. In the classes we attach great importance to a mindful approach to the body. Admission to the open classes is possible at any time. Missed classes can be made up in any other class. Subscriptions of 10 lessons or quarterly payments are possible. In case of absence due to accident or illness, a refund is not possible, but can be compensated in other lessons. Personal training is possible on request. Free parking is available in front of the house
