Craniosacraltherapie und Heilarbeit- Anne Stoller

Hardstr. 126, 4052 Basel

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle osteopathy method that regulates the body and helps it find its natural balance. Through mindful touch, entrenched traumas and emotional blockages can be released, allowing the body to regenerate on a deep level. This therapy supports the body's self-healing powers and promotes physical and mental resilience. In addition, self-perception is refined, thereby promoting self-regulation. The treatment is characterized by respect and appreciation. The therapy is used as a standalone therapy or in conjunction with conventional medical treatments, and can be covered by many supplementary health insurance policies. Spiritual healing: Healing energy is the infinite life energy that is constantly present throughout the universe. As a healer, I transfer this healing energy to you. Your self-healing powers are activated and strengthened. I work with the amazinGRACE method, which sees healing as divine grace. The healing energy will work in your mind-soul-body system where it is needed most. These are sometimes very subtle changes. Healing happens and is a gift. I cannot promise a cure. Naturopathy: You are deeply connected to nature because you as a human being are an integral part of it. Your body follows natural rhythms and is influenced by the climate and your environment. Plants are subject to the same influences as you. They have learned to survive and assert themselves in their environment. Plants are not just simple sources of active ingredients. They are beings that radiate an energetic vibration and affect you. They are active supporters of our well-being. They can help you to stay physically and mentally balanced and support your health. I work with tinctures, Bach flowers and essential oils.
