Toute l'équipe s'est mobilisée pour trouver l'origine d'une panne difficilement repérable, a appelé le constructeur, fait une mise à jour: mon vélo acheté il y a 7 ans remarche: merci pour ce service après vente qui contribue à garder nos vélos le plus longtemps possible.

Habe gestern nach dem Service mein Flyer ausprobiert und bin begeistert, hatte das Gefühl, dass mein Flyer noch nie so,gut gewartet wurde, habe grosse Freude an meinem Bike. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service, werde sicher in Zukunft mein Bike Ihnen wieder anvertrauen.

In diesem Shop wird mir schon fast seit seiner Gründung immer kompetent geholfen, und ich komme idr. nur dann wenns wirklich kompliziert wird. Vorallem der Shopbesitzer versteht es einen Kundenservice zu bieten, welcher weit über dem steht was wir Schweizer uns sonst so gewohnt sind

Wurde bedient, trotzdem der Laden geschlossen, resp. der freie Tag war. wurde gut beraten, konnte Probefahrt machen, Wünsche anbringen und wurde zeitgerecht alles erledigt. Ich empfehle Velo-Ueli wirklich. Jeder der eine gute Beratung will, ist dort gut aufgehoben.
