I personally oversee the work from design to building delivery. I also provide real estate appraisals for banks, public entities, and private clients. Additionally, I offer project management services for third parties. The decision to open my own studio has proven successful, as it has allowed me to enjoy the freedom that independence offers – freedom of time, choices, opinions, and ideas. During these years, I have developed excellent working relationships, and later friendships, with many individuals.
