Très bonne propositions de plats, très bonne organisation pour banquet d’anniversaire sur la très sympathique terrasse, ou à l’intérieur en salle. Les quatorze convives que nous étions avons été super bien reçu par une équipe impeccable!!! Cuisine soignée et distinguée. Très bonne expérience! Surprenant!

Das Essen war sehr gut und der Preis vernünftig. Gute Auswahl auf der Karte, trotz vollem Restaurant fast keine Wartezeit :-) sehr nette Bedienung und man fühlt sich sehr wohl, wir können das Restaurant nur empfehlen!!!

Today I work together with excellent producers from the region as well as from Valais. This allows me to serve you honest food and drinks. I am happy to welcome you to my place. With my team, I offer you down-to-earth, traditional dishes with a hint of Mediterranean. Our specialty is the fish but also for a fine piece of meat you are in the right place with us. The wine lover has a large selection of the sunny slopes on Lake Biel to disposal. Gastronomy Our food is traditional and honest at the same time. As basic ingredients we use fresh, local and seasonal products, which we refine with pleasure in the good. The wines from our offer come from regional winemakers of Lake Biel. They are characterized by clarity, elegance and are very digestible. The selection is complemented with Lengen wines from Valais. These wines reflect the passion with which they approach their work. Ich und meine Familie (6 Personen) waren am 28. Februar 2026 im Restaurant Sternen. Das Essen war bestens, wie immer. Leider muss ich die Bedienung bemängeln. Sprachkenntnisse leider nicht schweizerdeutsch wie früher. 3 Personen hatten Chateau Briand. Das Fleisch war etwas komisch geschnitten, die Schnitte waren nicht gleich gross, zudem wurde beim Schneiden mit einer Gabel ins Fleisch gestochen, darf nicht sein. Nicht gerade professionell. Un repas entre amis qui nous a ravis. Nous vous recommandons vivement cet rétablissement où l’accueil est le maître mot. Un patron à la cuisine qui satisfait non papilles à un prix tout à fait correct. Merci pour cette belle soirée.
