Z.B. hat der Apotheker erkannt, dass eine Medikamentenkombination auf einem Rezept des KSB nicht kompatibel war! Auch meine neuliche Boosterimpfung wurde zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit durchgeführt. Ich bin mit einer zugelaufenen Katze in die Praxis, um abzuklären ob sie gechipt ist. War sie! Die beiden TAs haben alles gegeben um die Besitzer ausfindig zu machen, die dann freudestrahlend ihren Jimmy wieder in Empfang nahmen. Das ganze Prozedere dauerte fast eine Stunde - und wurde nicht mal verrechnet. DAS nenne ich Dienst am Tier (und Menschen)
