ho portato dei miei clienti a pranzo , e devo dire che sia l'ambiente che il menu hanno soddisfatto a pieno le mie aspettative. caldo e accogliente ma al contempo riservato e elegante un Crotto che merita di essere provato. Piatti tipici rivisitati che e' un piacere provare.. Ci tornero' sicuramente e non sono con i clienti. bravi

Das sehr geschmackvoll renovierte Unique Hotel Fusio bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmer sind schön und wunderbar ruhig, das Essen ist ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss und die Hoteliers sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen kann. Das Dorf Fusio ist äusserst heimelig und charmant. In der Gegend kann man wunderbare Ausflüge machen, zu Fuss oder mit einem der hoteleigenen Mountain Bikes. Ein Ort, zu dem man gerne zurückkehrt, ein Hotel, das man ins Herz schliesst.

The fish is always fresh and is cooked mostly on the grill. It is always very busy and this guarantees a constant supply of fish. The staff is very friendly and professional. Prima volta ieri sera in questo ristorante essendo amanti della carne. In due abbiamo preso le baby ribs alla bbq, una USA steak da 500gr, 300 gr di tartare di Angus e patatine fritte. tutti i piatti di carne erano guarniti con contorni e condimenti ed erano spaziali: le ribs tenerissime, la bistecca rosa ma non al sangue che si scioglieva in bocca, per non parlare della tartare, gustosissima. oltre alla carne che è assolutamente di prima qualità, vogliamo ringraziare tutto lo staff altamente competente, tutti gentilissimi e sorridenti. alla fine abbiamo preso una mousse al pistacchio ed una al ferrero rocher entrambe gustose ma non stucchevoli e poi ci hanno omaggiato di un sorbetto al limone artigianale, anch'esso davvero buonissimo. la loro birra weiss è molto corposa e non amara. Complimenti a tutti, dai proprietari, ai cuochi, allo staff di sala. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare tutto il menu, quindi non cambiate nulla! Grazie per la piacevolissima serata! Laura

Wir verbringen oft unseren Urlaub auf dem Camping. Der von den Inhabern geführte Platz wir mit viel Herzblut geführt. Die ganze Anlage ist einfach, sauber, ruhig und schön gelegen am See. Wir lieben den Naturbelassenen Platz auch ohne jeden Luxus. Auf unsern nächsten erholsamen Urlaub freuen wir uns schon jetzt.

Il ravioli: La pasta troppo bianca per essere una pasta all'uovo come converrebbe per i ravioli. Troppo liscia e insapore. Il ripieno che doveva essere ai funghi porcini, non ne aveva né il sapore né il profumo. Molto deludenti. Migliori le orecchiette alle cime di rapa, che hanno fatto alzare il mio giudizio a sufficiente.
