Chesa Pool In 1585, by order of Baptista von Salis, the Chesa Pool was built. Since then, its charm has extended through the centuries to the present day. Many generations, families, adventurers and lovers of the Fex Valley have left their mark on the Chesa Pool. Since 2020, it has had an exclusively vegetarian restaurant, the first in the Engadin.
