After 10 years and countless stylists in Geneva, I’ve never encountered someone completely void of professionalism as Mr. Patrick Fani. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and explained exactly my hair type and the NATURAL highlighted look I wanted to achieve. Before I left, I stated multiple times that the highlights were too bleached blond and the harsh contrast to my brunette hair wasn't to my liking. He insisted that it wasn't too light. After 24 hrs, I only felt worse, so I called Mr. Fani to ask that my hair be corrected. He proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, he was right, and that with his vast experience, the color was fine. The question isn't about how much experience he has, it's about what the client ordered. Mr. Fani continued to insist that he didn't make any mistakes, but that if I wanted my hair color corrected, I would have to pay again. I was calm, clear, and courteous over the phone. He is egotistic and greedy - avoid him at all cost!
