The team was initially very nice but unfortunately didn’t assess the issues with our shutters properly. After promising to be able to repair them, they started working on them just to say a bit later that all the shutters had to be completely replaced which was followed by an extremely high quote for doing that. We paid them for the electricity work they had done but didn’t want to pay for the useless repair work they had done as the shutters still didn’t work and had to be replaced completely (which we then did with another cheaper company). The exchange got very rude from their side and they are now threatening us with legal action which is unacceptable. AVOID!!
