No reservation at arrival, despite online booking and a separate phone call. After 20 minutes no drink or food ordering. Too busy to grant friendly welcome or consider our table. Three other tables arriving after us had drinks and food in front of them. We left acknowledging the lack of interest in our business. Definitely not a good experience yesterday.
