Various rail and maintenance vehicles have received BAV approval through our work, including aerial work platforms mounted on rail vehicles. Our services include: • BAV approval for rail and maintenance vehicles • EN 12663 strength requirements for rail vehicle bodies • EN 14033 rail-bound construction and maintenance machinery • EN 280 stability requirements Production Our in-house workshop, equipped with an overhead crane, enables us to transform well-developed ideas into functional prototypes and models. We also manufacture ready-to-install components and tested, turnkey machines and systems. Welding Supervision We offer external welding supervision services for your operations. Our staff member Fabian Peter is certified as an International Welding Engineer (IWE) for such activities. Additionally, certified personnel are available to perform visual inspections of weld seams. Our services include: • Acting as responsible external welding supervisors (vSAP) in regulated sectors under the EN 15085 standard for rail vehicles • Preparation for welding certifications according to EN 15085 • Welding consultation for design, manufacturing, material selection, and calculations • Development and drafting of welding instructions (WPS) • Non-destructive testing (NDT) of welded structures
