Protecting and promoting a “Memory of the World” library The Martin Bodmer (Zurich 1899-Geneva 1971) Foundation was created in 1971 and aims to protect the library left to it by its founder, and make it accessible to the general public. Throughout his life, Martin Bodmer amassed a vast collection of thousands of exceptional pieces (hundreds of papyruses, western and eastern medieval manuscripts, handwritten pages, first editions, rare engravings, and precious illustrations), which bring together the great texts of world litterature and of human history. This Bibliotheca Bodmeriana is considered as one of the best private collections in the world and has been listed as part of the UNESCO “Memory of the World” Programme since 2015. In order to achieve its twin objectives of protecting and promoting the collection. The Foundation has created its own restoration and digitalisation workshops, as well as a museum which houses permanent and temporary exibitions. Weiterhin vorwiegend auf welsche Clientèle ausgerichtet, weitestgehend ausländische Assistenzärzte (Afrika). Lichtblick momentan Dres Lauer und Aebi, denen es hoffentlich gelingt das welsche laissez-faire als Führungsgremium in den Griff zu bekommen! Therapieplanung immer noch auf finanzielle Erträge erpicht statt auf die sinnvolle Behandlung, was machbar wäre! So werden Therapien einfach ausgelassen und trotzdem verrechnet! Fehlendes Feedback, wischiwaschi! Es gibt auffallend überragende Therapeuten, namentlich Alessio, Mylène, Viera, welche bezüglich Ausbildung und Interesse Patienten vorwärts bringen! Lichtblicke in einer Crew, die sonst viele Schlafmützen hat, beruflich unerfahren! Ein Dank gilt auch Cirill Grichting/Russel Maxwell für ihre Unterstützung in den Bädern! Das Essen ist nach wir unterste Kantine! Man muss sich als Deutschschweizer einfach wehren bezüglich adäquater sprachlicher Betreuung: Thomas/Verwaltung ist hilfreich! Und das Thermalwasser heilend!

Il y a un mois, Vendredi 20 mai dernier, par une chaleur déjà caniculaire, six employés de Patrick SA ont entrepris notre déménagement. Souriants, très complices entre eux et avec ma compagne et moi, ils ont allié efficacité et bonne humeur pour achever le travail dans des temps record. Verena's Boutique Villa au Lac can accommodate up to 12 guests. The house is an ideal holiday destination for families, small groups and corporate events alike. The guest villa has two different living areas, one of which is grouped around the charming tiled stove and furnished with a cosy armchair and comfortable sofa. The hostess enjoys spoiling her guests with culinary delights, including an inviting breakfast buffet, an aperitif or a multi-course dinner. The location Sachseln is located halfway between Lucerne and Interlaken, on Lake Sarnen, which is nestled between unspoilt slopes and snow-capped mountains. The Sarneraa Valley stretches from the Brünig Pass to Lopper on Lake Lucerne. In terms of transport, it is connected to the national motorway network (A8) and the railway network (e.g. Zentralbahn). The surroundings Verena's Boutique Villa au Lac is located next to Sachseln railway station. A small park surrounds the stately house. Right next to the house is a public car park (subject to a charge), a charging station for electric cars, a Mobility car-sharing vehicle and the landing stage for the MS Seestern. A public sunbathing/swimming area by the lake is 100 metres away, and shops can be found on Bahnhofstrasse and at the village square within walking distance. The guest house This stately house with almost 100 years of history offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. It was completely renovated and refurbished in 2019. Upon entering, your gaze is drawn to the historic wooden staircase, which connects all floors of the house. The breakfast and lounge area is located on the mezzanine floor and has access to the garden. The two floors above contain six guest rooms with two spacious bathrooms and an additional guest WC. The library with access to the balcony offers privacy for working, reading or simply relaxing. The basement houses the home cinema and the house bar with chilled drinks and snacks. A small conference room with state-of-the-art presentation technology is available for meetings, workshops or corporate events.
