Concernant l'accueil exécrable au téléphone, après vérification, c'est une société externe qui s'occupe de répondre aux téléphones. On m'a dit qu'ils allaient remédier à ce problème. Concernant mon affaire, c'est toujours en cours avec des améliorations.
