For more than 25 years I have been working with enthusiasm and conviction in gastronomy. During this time I learned to appreciate the values of high quality and honest products. Today I work together with excellent producers from the region as well as from Valais. This allows me to serve you honest food and drinks. I am happy to welcome you to my place. With my team, I offer you down-to-earth, traditional dishes with a hint of Mediterranean. Our specialty is the fish but also for a fine piece of meat you are in the right place with us. The wine lover has a large selection of the sunny slopes on Lake Biel to disposal. Gastronomy Our food is traditional and honest at the same time. As basic ingredients we use fresh, local and seasonal products, which we refine with pleasure in the good. The wines from our offer come from regional winemakers of Lake Biel. They are characterized by clarity, elegance and are very digestible. The selection is complemented with Lengen wines from Valais. These wines reflect the passion with which they approach their work. The Valais sun and the soil of the Vispertal result in tasty white and red wines. Beer (barrel). Steak. Cattle. Tartare. Fondue. Cordon Bleu. Fish. Coffee. Meat. Beer (bottle).

The name refers to an “assemblage” – a collection of simple, raw elements brought together with care and purpose. This is the spirit of Ligots: a selection of small plates meant to be shared, combined, and enjoyed together. Here, the mood is relaxed, but the values remain the same: 100% local ingredients , all sourced from within our region. It’s a farm-to-table experience , with an open, spontaneous approach.
