J'ai reçu un accueil magnifique et très sympathique de M. ISA qui a tout mis en œuvre pour que sa prestation soit rapide, de qualité, à un prix très raisonnable. Le service était pour mes parents très âgés et M. ISA et son équipe ont fait preuve de bienveillance à leur égard et au mien en me téléphonant pour m'assurer que tout s'était bien passé.

Wir haben die gesamte Renovation eines sehr grossen Hauses mit riesigen Atelierräumen mit Kaleta durchgeführt. Es gab keine Architektenpläne oder Innenausbau-Pläne. Nur zum Teil unsere Skizzen. Die Pläne waren in unserem Kopf und daher für Kaleta eine Herausforderung, unsere Ideen umzusetzen. Hier brachten dann auch Kaleta und seine Leute Ideen und Tipps ein, welche dann mit unseren Vorstellungen zu einem gelungenen Vorhaben führten. Im Wohn- und Essbereich wurden von Kaleta hölzerne Decken und ein elektrischer Kachelofen entfernt und im Trockenbau Wände und Decken gefertigt. Es wurden im ganzen Haus Parkettböden gelegt und das gesamte Haus innen neu gestrichen. Im Schlafbereich wurde eine getäferte Wand nach unseren Vorstellungen modifiziert. Kaleta und seine Leute haben die alte Küche entfernt und für den Einbau einer neuen Küche vorbereitet. Zudem wurde das Gäste-Bad total renoviert und für die Besitzer ein neues, grosses Bad erstellt. Ein Hauswirtschafts-Raum wurde neu gebaut, Decken tiefer gelegt, eine Heizung eingebaut, Wasser in den Raum gelegt etc. Atelierräume wurden ausgebaut, für neue Metall-Treppen vorbereitet und Decken tiefer gelegt. In anderen Atelierräumen wurde eine Werkstatt-Küche eingebaut, ein Heizraum für Fernwärme vorbereitet. Ein altes Ladenlokal wurde von Kaleta in ein modernes Fotostudio umgebaut und viele kleinere Arbeiten (auch nach Bauschluss) wurden vorgenommen. Kaleta hat uns auch entsprechende Handwerker wie Elektrounternehmer, Sanitär, Schreiner etc. vermittelt. Zusammengefasst machte uns Kaleta aus einem 90er Jahre Ausbau ein modernes und ein nach unseren Vorstellungen geprägtes Haus. Seine Ideen und sein Einfühlungsvermögen zu unseren Ideen und Vorstellungen haben zu einem Super Ergebnis geführt.
