A large part of our stock comes from regional producers, selected for their freshness, traceability and seasonal respect. (Beef, horse, lamb, chicken, pork, veal, sausages, barbecue meats, skewers, charcuterie, dry sausages, etc.) 🍞 Artisanal bread and pastries Every morning, we receive fresh bread and sandwiches from L’Artisan Gourmand in Yens, known for their craftsmanship and quality bakery goods. 🧁 At the same time, pastries are delivered by SGourmandises in Pampigny, a passionate pastry chef who delights our clients with homemade treats like caracs, millefeuilles, rum babas and many other sweets made with love. 🥛 Dairy products & regional cheeses Milk, yoghurts, eggs, butter, cream… as well as a fine selection of local cheeses, mainly from Fromagerie Gourmande in Montricher. 🥦 Fresh fruits & vegetables Every day, we offer seasonal fruits and vegetables, mostly supplied by Domaine des Loveresses in Yens, for healthy, local and colourful cuisine. 🥚 Eggs & fresh fish Our eggs come from the Tardy family in Pampigny, and every Friday we receive fresh, smoked, and frozen fish from Borex in Coinsins, known for their high-quality lake and sea products. 🍷 Wines & craft beers A selection of Swiss wines and local craft beers, perfect to accompany your meals or social moments. A large part of our herbs and vegetables come straight from the garden just steps from your table. LA TABLE – A refined culinary experience by Lake Geneva Open Tuesday to Saturday, evenings only La Table offers a deep dive into local, seasonal fine dining. Our tasting menu (5 or 7 courses) is ever-changing, shaped by the day’s harvests and the chef’s inspiration. No fixed menu, no pre-written promises – just pure creativity and spontaneity, grounded in what nature and our local partners have to offer. Everything we serve is sourced within a 70-kilometer radius of the restaurant – vegetables from our garden, herbs picked at the last moment, cheese from nearby farms, fish from the lake, and meat from trusted local producers. More than a meal, La Table is a gastronomic experience in the Swiss Riviera , celebrating the deep connection between food and land. Last orders at 8:30 PM. We are happy to accommodate allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences. LIGOTS – A relaxed and local food experience The casual side of Racine Ligots is our more informal, convivial concept. The name refers to an “assemblage” – a collection of simple, raw elements brought together with care and purpose. This is the spirit of Ligots: a selection of small plates meant to be shared, combined, and enjoyed together. Here, the mood is relaxed, but the values remain the same: 100% local ingredients , all sourced from within our region. It’s a farm-to-table experience , with an open, spontaneous approach. Led by chef Jérémie Cordier , Racine is a place where nature, cuisine, and commitment come together in harmony. Nestled between a lush vegetable garden and a panoramic view of Lake Geneva , our kitchen is rooted in the rhythms of our territory. A large part of our herbs and vegetables come straight from the garden just steps from your table. LA TABLE – A refined culinary experience by Lake Geneva Open Tuesday to Saturday, evenings only La Table offers a deep dive into local, seasonal fine dining. Our tasting menu (5 or 7 courses) is ever-changing, shaped by the day’s harvests and the chef’s inspiration. No fixed menu, no pre-written promises – just pure creativity and spontaneity, grounded in what nature and our local partners have to offer. Everything we serve is sourced within a 70-kilometer radius of the restaurant – vegetables from our garden, herbs picked at the last moment, cheese from nearby farms, fish from the lake, and meat from trusted local producers. We are happy to accommodate allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences. LIGOTS – A relaxed and local food experience The casual side of Racine Ligots is our more informal, convivial concept. The name refers to an “assemblage” – a collection of simple, raw elements brought together with care and purpose. This is the spirit of Ligots: a selection of small plates meant to be shared, combined, and enjoyed together. Here, the mood is relaxed, but the values remain the same: 100% local ingredients , all sourced from within our region. It’s a farm-to-table experience , with an open, spontaneous approach.
