Elle avait un problème d’étanchéité au niveau de sa devanture avec des ponts thermiques provoquant de grosses gênes en hivers. La SVS Serrurerie de Versoix est intervenue, un diagnostique a été fait avec des prix bien inférieur par rapport à d’autres spécialistes. Une réalisation des travaux avec peu d’impacts sur la gêne au niveau client et surtout plus de problème d'étanchéité.
