Sergio Cattaneo Architetti SA

Sergio Cattaneo Architetti SA is a dynamic firm with experience in the sensitive and effective planning of quality architecture in Switzerland. Our extensive expertise in new construction, renovation of existing buildings, restoration, and urban planning allows us to develop high-quality architecture that respects Swiss execution standards and responds to the client's wishes with professionalism and competence. Our methodical and design approach is based on various values and guidelines of our architecture. Knowledge of the territorial context For the development of our projects, we carefully examine the physical characteristics of the project site: the landscape, materials that characterize the reference area, light, and atmosphere. Given the roots of our studio, knowledge of the cultural, social, and historical territory of Ticino, as well as Switzerland, is one of our strengths that we cultivate daily through new projects and studies. Development of socially conscious architecture The spaces and architectures we design directly or indirectly influence the society in which they exist. We believe that our role as architects and planners of the future territory is to put our knowledge and skills in the service of society, acting as catalysts for sustainable social development in urban spaces, mountains, communication routes, infrastructure, and recreational areas. Preservation of historical memory Looking towards the future, we develop solutions that evolve with time without forgetting our origins and the historical heritage that surrounds us. We provide architectural restoration solutions and advice on local history and culture. Our experience in restoring protected buildings allows us sensitivity in the renovation of existing objects, even if they are not under protection. This is also connected to a discourse on ecological sustainability. Ecological sustainability Every building must stand in harmony with the local and global climate while ensuring comfort and functionality. Our search for sustainability begins in the design phase by evaluating the characteristics of the natural and environmental aspects specific to each location, keeping in mind the use of materials and their life cycle. The goal of our office is to promote conscious architectural development to support a thriving future in harmony with nature. Architectural awareness We believe that the development of high-quality architecture and spaces capable of accommodating everyday life has educational potential and the ability to sharpen the awareness of people and the society in which they live. Economic and architectural planning Our experience in this sector allows us to develop strategies and create return forecasts for investments, providing the client with controlled cost planning from project design to the execution of buildings. Customer satisfaction We strive to follow the best interests of our customers and respect our principles. It is essential for us to get to know each client, understand their needs (including dreams, expectations, fears), and try to accompany them in all phases of the project as effectively as possible. Building trust that allows them to say, "I trust you, you can do it!" Accessibility Our goal is to make our architecture and work philosophy accessible to as many people as possible by sharing our experience, professionalism, and passion.

👷‍♂️📐 THE ENGINE OF OUR WORK 👷‍♂️📐

There is no good architecture without a love for beauty and an understanding of its importance, without humanistic culture and a deep interest in nature and people, without experimentation and continuous research. This is what a humanist from another era once wrote. This aphorism summarizes the philosophy that underpins our daily work. An architectural project cannot be conceived without first thinking about people and nature, without first understanding the environment of a city. The uniqueness of our work lies in understanding the needs and requests of the client, guiding them through all the evolutionary phases of the project, and PROVIDING SOLUTIONS . Our greatest joy is seeing a satisfied client at the end of the design process. Our clients recognize us for : • Great availability and friendliness • Seriousness, competence, and reliability • Specialists in complex projects considered impossible by others • Specialists in Minergie and ecological architecture • Consultancy for public and private entities , assisting in the public procurement phase according to the LCpub law and RLCpub regulations • Specialists in the new design method based on BIM (Building Information Modeling), BIM Manager & BIM Coordinator. 📞 Contacts

WELCOME TO THE BÖSCIORO WINERY

THE BIRTH OF CANTINA BÖSCIORO Cantina Böscioro was founded in 1992 by Vosti Enos and Gabriela with the construction of the cellar in Gerra-Piano. The name Böscioro comes from the dialect of the chimney sweep of Vogorno and means wine. At first, it was a secondary activity, but over time, with much passion and dedication, the company grew, increasing both grape and wine production. In 2008, a second, larger cellar was built, still in Gerra-Piano. Our Services Cantina Böscioro offers numerous services related to the world of viticulture and oenology. Wine Sales Retail and B2B sales of our finest wines. Consulting Service We offer personalized consulting for your needs. Wine Vinification for Third Parties We provide a service for third-party grape vinification. Grape Sales A portion of the grapes is vinified, the rest sold to other wineries. REQUEST A QUOTE A NEW ERA FOR CANTINA BÖSCIORO In 2004, Enos and his son Sandro, who had just completed his studies at the specialized school of Changins as a winemaker and oenologist, took the big step, dedicating themselves 100% to the winemaking business. The cellar has seen steady growth over the years, and in 2023, the baton was passed to son Sandro, still with the help of the whole family. Today, the cellar produces high-quality wines that reflect the commitment and passion of the Böscioro family for viticulture. THE PRIVILEGED POSITION OF CANTINA BÖSCIORO'S VINEYARDS Cantina Böscioro, located in the Ticino region of Italian-speaking Switzerland, owns several parcels of vineyard land distributed throughout the surrounding area, including those located in the Gerra Piano area, where the cellar is located. The geographical location of the region, with its Mediterranean climate and exposure to the sun, offers optimal conditions for grape cultivation and the production of high-quality wines. In particular, the vineyards are located in hilly areas between Gordola and Gudo, where they benefit from excellent sun exposure that allows for high-quality grapes. Part of the vineyards are partially mechanized with small tools, while another part is located in the plains in Quartino, where another grape variety is cultivated. All this contributes to ensuring the excellence of the wines produced by Cantina Böscioro. PRODUCTION OF HIGH-QUALITY WINES AND ATTENTION TO GRAPE SELECTION Cantina Böscioro is a company dedicated to the production of high-quality wines, carefully selecting the grapes grown in its own vineyards. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the cellar and carefully selected to produce different qualities of wine, including whites, rosés, and reds. In total, approximately 10,000 bottles of wine are produced each year. CONTACT US

In 2008, a second, larger cellar was built, still in Gerra-Piano. Our Services Cantina Böscioro offers numerous services related to the world of viticulture and oenology. CONTACT US
