Ich habe ein Flasche Bordeaux geöffnet, welche leider Korken hatte. Ich habe angerufen und gefragt, ob mir eventuell diese Flasche ersetzt wird. Ich wurde sehr unfreundlich von einer Dame abgefertigt, dass gemäss "Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen", KEIN Ersatz erfolgen kann. Diese Firma scheint es nicht nötig zu haben, Kunden gut zu betreuen. Leider hatte ich in der Zwischenzeit eine weitere Flasche, aus der selben Kiste, mit Korkgeschmack. Ich kann nur sagen: FINGER WEG VON DIESEM WEINHÄNDLER!
