This allows you to safely and effectively continue your treatment as soon as you return home. In close collaboration with existing home care providers, we do everything possible to support a smooth transition from hospital to home, provided the patient's health condition allows it. We place great importance on ensuring this transition happens under the best possible conditions — with speed, safety, efficiency, and cost transparency. All materials and medications are billed individually.
