Le Dr Paiva est non seulement un homme charmant, humain et empathique, mais c'est aussi un excellent médecin-dentiste qui prend du temps avec son patient/sa patiente pour lui expliquer toutes les options possibles de traitement, ainsi que les avantages et les inconvénients de chacun d'eux. Il fait preuve d'une grande douceur dans ses gestes, attend le temps nécessaire pour que l'anesthésie soit complètement efficace et est très respectueux envers la personne qu'il soigne. Son cabinet et ses équipements sont à la pointe du modernisme... Sur le plan financier, il collabore avec une société qui offre la possibilité de paiements fractionnés. Pour moi, me rendre chez le dentiste à toujours été un énorme stress ! Ce n'est plus le cas, depuis que je suis traitée par le Docteur Paiva ! Je recommande chaleureusement ce médecin-dentiste ! Es gibt wohl wenige Zahnärzte, bei denen man als Bewertung schreiben würde, jeder Zeit "gerne" wider 😊 ….. Aber beim Team von Dr. Matta ist man da nicht weit von diesem Gedanken entfernt. Früher war für mich ein Zahnarzt Besuch jedes Mal eine Qual. Heute ist es wie ein Besuch bei Freunden. Es beginnt bereits beim Betreten der Praxis, ja es ist immer noch ein Zahnarzt, aber bereits der Geruch erinnert kein Bisschen an eine Zahnarzt Praxis…. Der freundliche Empfang tut seinen Teil dazu. Die Beratung und die Behandlung sind absolut professionell und doch fühlt man sich ohne Zeitdruck. Das Personal ist stehts freundlich und der Arzt weiss wie er mit den Ängsten der Patienten umgehen muss. Mit angenehmer Musik (sogar nach Wahl) erzeugt er ein angenehmes Ambiente und ich könnte noch viele weitere angenehme Details nennen… Sind sie also ein Mensch der ebenfalls diese Ängste kennt, versuchen sie es dort, Ich würde ihn jedem Freund weiterempfehlen. Kurz: Kometenz gepaart mit viel Emphatie
