Ich habe das grösste Kategorie B-Fahrzeug für meinen Umzug reserviert, da dieser interkantonal war = schnell Mehrkilometer. Im Vorfeld wurde sowohl der genaue Autotyp schriftlich reserviert wie auch bestätigt und geklärt, ob ihn eine Freundin für mich abholen darf. Trotz akribischer Vorbereitung gelang es Auto Leon nicht, das effektiv reservierte Auto herauszugeben. Darauf angesprochen gaben sie mehrfach meiner Freundin die Schuld, dass sie es nicht hätte entgegen nehmen sollen. Ich trug ihr nicht speziell auf, den Autotyp kritisch zu hinterfragen. Ebenfalls wurde der Wochenendtarif verrechnet obwohl ich zuvor die Info erhielt, dass eine Abholung am Freitag nach 16:00 dies nicht zur Folge haben würde. Beim Nachhaken bez. Preis kam gar keine Antwort mehr. Einfach nur unprofessionell, unzuverlässig und ärgerlich. Der Umzug musste mit 2 privaten PWs ergänzt werden, was für mich noch mehr Extrakosten verursachte. Ich werde hier nie wieder etwas reservieren. Ich bin schwer enttäuscht.

After years of searching for a truly independent car mechanic with genuine expertise and fair prices, I finally found Autoglow in Avenches! No more paying for flashy showrooms, large Sales and Marketing departments, and all the overhead that has nothing to do with maintaining my car. Instead, I get honest, high-quality work at a very reasonable price. It’s now cost-effective to keep my out-of-warranty car in excellent condition for around half of what I used to pay at places like AMAG. What I appreciate most is dealing directly with the mechanic who actually works on my car. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always happy to explain the most cost-effective options without trying to sell unnecessary work. He also provides valuable feedback on the condition of my car, which gives me real peace of mind. A final bonus: Avenches train station is right next to Autoglow, making it easy to drop off and pick up my car.
