I wanted to give a glowing report about La Neuveville, but instead I am very upset and above all extremely annoyed and hurt. Receiving a CHF 40.00 parking ticket which was completely unjustified, particularly as I took the trouble to visit the offices of 'Police des Habitants' and explain the circumstances, but nobody cared, were not interested what I had to say as long as they received the CHF 40.00. I will now also issue a penalty, but it will cost La Neuveville more. I will now tell all my friends here in England to avoid La N. I will inform the British Travel Assoc. to be aware of La N. and warn potential visitors. I will also inform the Embassy. What happened ? While visiting Switzerland we booked a 2 days stay at a B&B in La N. (Route du Chateau 7 - Mrs. Maria von Seumeran_) 15 & 16th June (Saturday/Sunday) We arrived Saturday 15th ca. 15.00h. We could not park at the B&B Mrs. Maria told us that about 50m down the road we could park FREE until Monday morning,which sounded grea
