Die Besichtigung des (Occasions-) Jaguar fand ohne Verkäufer im Nacken und ohne Zeitdruck statt. Alle Dokumente (Service-Buch, Fahrzeugausweis etc.) waren zur Besichtigung ebenfalls bereitgelegt. Alle Termine (Besichtigung, Probefahrt, Ablieferung) wurden eingehalten. Die im Inserat gemachten Angaben waren korrekt, der Tachostand war sogar etwas tiefer als angegeben. Das Fahrzeug wurde uns (ohne Verlangen) aussen und innen gereinigt übergeben. Der Tank war voll. WOW, in der heutigen Zeit nicht selbstverständlich. Man spürt, dass es ein Familienunternehmen ist, wo die Kundenzufriedenheit an oberster Stelle steht. - Würde sofort und auch unbesehen bei diesem Betrieb wieder ein Auto kaufen. Seit einiger Zeit sind wir Kunde bei Cartastic indem wir unser Fahrzeug jeweils in den Service brachten. Nun haben wir unser Fahrzeug Cartastic verkauft und ein etwas grösseres Gekauft. Ein faires Angebot. Gleichzeitig wurden noch ein paar Sonderwünsche zeitlich schnell erledigt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Cartastic und allen Mitarbeitern, mit denen wir zu tun hatten inkl dem Senior-Chef und Junior-Chef. Speziell ein Danke schön an den Igor Pavrlic, der mit uns viel Geduld zeigte.

Höflicher Empfang allgemein. Wir wurden von Junior-Verkaufsberater Mate Harazdy mit grosser Zufriedenheit bedient und beraten. Schade nur, und erst zu Hause bemerkt, dass die Bedienungsanleitung auf Dänisch war. Auf Nachfrage bei der Firma wurde eine entsprechende Anleitung in Deutsch nur zum Preis von Fr. 100.— angeboten.
