Garage verkauft Fahrzeuge mit Schaden
Ich habe einen Audi für 22'000 Franken gekauft. Der Verkäufer hat mir versichert, dass alles in Ordnung ist und eine Garantie versprochen. Nicht mal eine Woche später ein Getriebeschaden. Audi Garage hat Getriebeschaden festgestellt und Reparatur kostet 17'300 Franken. Autoronchetti reagiert nicht auf meine Anfragen, keine Entschuldigung, keinen Rappen entgegengekommen, nichts.... Die Garantie bringt gar nichts, den die externe Firma möchte keine Kosten übernehmen. Jetzt sitze ich auf einem Getriebeschaden und kosten über 17'000 Franken. Zudem habe ich kein Fahrzeug mehr. Diese Garage hat nicht 1 Stern verdient, sondern gar keinen. Bitte kauft keine Fahrzeuge hier, sobald man bezahlt hat, wird man eiskalt ignoriert. Der Getriebeschaden war sicherlich schon länger bekannt meint die AMAG, und solch ein Auto weiter zu verkaufen als "einwandfrei" ist nicht akzeptabel. Niemand von der Garage reagiert auf meine Nachrichten. Kauft keine Fahrzeuge bei dieser Garage!

Ho acquistato un prodotto per due volte senza problemi, mi è stato spedito in Italia dopo che ho anticipato il pagamento, ho ripetuto l'acquisto con la stessa modalità, mi è stato spedito e purtroppo si è perso. Premetto che il mezzo di spedizione è stato da loro scelto senza chiedermi nulla. Capisco che possa capitare ,ma un fornitore serio risponde del buon fine della spedizione, non hanno fatto nessuno sforzo per interessarsi per recuperare il pacco, ho aperto io la pratica e ho seguito il reclamo. Il risultato è un rimborso del trasporto di circa 28€, a fronte di un mia spesa di 228€ che gentilmente mi verrà scontato da una nuova fornitura sempre pagata anticipatamente, senza nessuna garanzia di recapito . Io desidero avere il mio prodotto che ho pagato, senza nessun'altro aggravio di spesa. Non ho avuto nessuna responsabilità sull'accaduto, ma ne sto pagando le conseguenze. Sono dispiaciuto dell'accaduto, ditemi se è corretto un comportamento così?
