Permanent placement : on the basis of the profile sought by the client, we activate the search and selection process: publication of advertisements on the main job search engines and the major trade unions in Ticino, screening of CVs received, interview of candidates, request for references and evaluation of work certificates. The client and the candidate are accompanied step by step throughout the selection process and during the introduction period at the new employer. Try and hire : the freedom to test the candidate's skills over a fixed period of three months and then have the opportunity to hire at no extra cost.
