• Identity check: We guarantee that the original passport, ID card or driver's license is presented to the Experis Contract Management team.

• Proof of Swiss work permit: Contractors are required to provide a valid work permit as proof of their authorization to work in Switzerland.

• Excerpt from the police clearance certificate: if required, we will ensure that the employee submits a police clearance certificate issued by the Federal Office of Justice.

• Creditworthiness: We carry out a credit check on our employees if necessary.

Reliability check and personality references: for temporary employees, we obtain direct references from previous employers and inquire about the person's character. We add verbal references to the individual database and store them there, so that in a future search we can quickly identify people whose qualifications and work experience have already been checked. Similarly, written references are scanned and stored in digital format.

• Certifications: We obtain copies of all professional credentials.

Payroll and work permit.

You concentrate on your core business and we take care of the administrative work for you and take care of the remuneration, taxes and social security of the temporary employees, and we also take care of the work permit.
