Our family-run property management business in Zurich was established in 1989, but we have worked in the construction and property sector all our professional lives. At the beginning of the 1980s, we ran an architects' office. A partnership with an expert in the building maintenance industry led us into a new business sector and a change in direction. Since then, we have exclusively managed and maintained fully furnished apartments in family owned properties. We work through personal consultation and offer great flexibility. Our customer base mainly comprises people from the EU nations and overseas who have relocated to Switzerland for professional reasons, or who are living here temporarily.
