Wir durften diesen Januar unser jährliches Firmenessen im Gasthof Sternen in der Badstube geniessen. Ein liebevoll dekorierter Tisch und ein stimmiges, äusserst anregend präsentiertes, wunderbares 4-Gänge-Menü wie auch ein aufmerksamer, zuvorkommender und tadelloser Service begleiteten uns durch diesen wunderschönen Abend. Die Qualität der Speisen war topp, saisonale wie auch regionale Produkte wurden hervorragend verarbeitet und bei der Weinauswahl wurden wir bestens von Herrn Brunner beraten. Zum Favoriten unseres Dinners wurde der Dessertteller Sternen gekürt – was für ein Genuss für die Augen und die Geschmacksknospen. In diesem Hause fühlt man sich durch die Gastgeberfamilie Brunner-Schill gut beraten und herzlichst willkommen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis tipptopp, empfehlenswertes Lokal für Anlässe.

Die Küche ist auf schönem Niveau. Leckeres Essen, sehr grosszügige Portionen (ev. zunächst nur ein Gang bestellen, später mehr bestellen, wenn Sie noch Hunger hätten) und alles sehr schön angerichtet. Prima volta ieri sera in questo ristorante essendo amanti della carne. In due abbiamo preso le baby ribs alla bbq, una USA steak da 500gr, 300 gr di tartare di Angus e patatine fritte. tutti i piatti di carne erano guarniti con contorni e condimenti ed erano spaziali: le ribs tenerissime, la bistecca rosa ma non al sangue che si scioglieva in bocca, per non parlare della tartare, gustosissima. oltre alla carne che è assolutamente di prima qualità, vogliamo ringraziare tutto lo staff altamente competente, tutti gentilissimi e sorridenti. alla fine abbiamo preso una mousse al pistacchio ed una al ferrero rocher entrambe gustose ma non stucchevoli e poi ci hanno omaggiato di un sorbetto al limone artigianale, anch'esso davvero buonissimo. la loro birra weiss è molto corposa e non amara. Complimenti a tutti, dai proprietari, ai cuochi, allo staff di sala. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare tutto il menu, quindi non cambiate nulla! Grazie per la piacevolissima serata! Laura

Menu Our mission Stripped Pizza was founded in Zurich in 2016 with the mission of providing pizza as a wholesome meal without additives, flavor enhancers and colorings. That's where our name “Stripped” comes from: free from any additives. The recipes are created in-house to ensure that every pizza is balanced and wholesome. The dough and the sauce are prepared daily on site according to our own recipe. Our dough is left to mature for 48 hours so that it is nice and airy and easier to digest. We currently offer four different doughs. Multigrain dough for lovers of “traditional” pizza dough. Wholemeal dough with linseed for those with a sweet tooth. Gluten-free dough for foodies with gluten intolerance. And a new broccoli dough, one third of which consists of fresh broccoli, for those who prefer a wholesome pizza base. Whether vegans, athletes, allergy sufferers or omnivores - it is important to us that everyone receives a wholesome meal from us. That's why we offer a wide variety of pizzas and, of course, you can customize your pizza according to your wishes.
