Habe auf Autoscout ein Fahrzeug gefunden, telefoniert und innerhalb 2 1/2 Stunden im Verkaufslokal die Besichtigungen bekommen. Kommpetent, freundlich und sehr sachlich. Vertrag unterzeichnet und mit der Ablieferungspauschale was sicherlich für eine Occasion ungewöhnlich ist auf kommende Woche den Übergabetermin vereinbahrt. Kurz vor Termin noch einen früheren Termin angefragt, kein Problem. Dann kam der erhoffte Termin und ich muss schon sagen, ich wurde empfangen und begleitet wie wenn ich ein Neufahrzeug gekauft hätte. Super Empfang, tadellose Kundenbetreuung, absolut spitzenmässige Vorbereitung so dass wirklich alles stimmte. Zuguter letzt noch einen Blumenstrauss und die Tatsache, dass das Fahrzeug am Vortag nochmals frisch bei der MFK gewesen ist. Ich sollte ja schließlich für die nächsten 2 Jahre mein Auto geniessen! Top und herzlichen Dank. Ach ja. Die Sache mit der Ablieferungspauschale. Neue Vigniette, Tank gefüllt, super Reinigung, Sommerpneus eingelagert und einen persönlichen Einstieg mit ausführlicher Erklärung durch einen ebenfalls freundlichen Mitarbeiter.
