Habe den Laden auf der Heimfahrt von den Ferien in Sörenberg aufgesucht, in der Hoffnung dass ich dort unseren neu entdeckten und sofort als Liebling aufgenommenen Käse finden werde. Treffer! Das ist sogar eibe Eigenmarke, unser Heumilch Mutschtli! Eine grosse Auswahl an anderen leckeren Käse und anderen "hiesigen" Produkten findet man in diesem sympathischen Laden. Dort wird man immer sehr freundlich bedient. Im Winter benütze ich jetzt den online Shop. Die Pakete kommen pünktlich und die Ware ist sehr übersichtlich und sehr schön verpackt. Habe mich verliebt in die schönen Kartonschachteli. ;-) Ich werde sicher Kunde bleiben. Unsere (mit Käse beschenkten) Nachbarn gehören auch schon zum Fanclub ;-)

Located in Fornet-Dessous, in the magnificent setting of the Jura mountains, the Fromagerie Amstutz is renowned for producing exceptional cheeses. In the well-developed cellars of Schönried Dairy, one of them a former military mine, store delicacies and cheese specialties from the Schönried Dairy, such as the Schönried Cave Raised. Well-known are the Schönriederli and the Hornberger-Mutschli, but also the Charme de Möser, the Delice de Schönried and the Ziegenmutschli mouth. Some products were even allowed to collect gold, silver and bronze medals at well-known fairs, such as the Schönriederli in the smoked and the non-smoked versions and the Hornberger Mutschli. The Schoenried Truffle Brie (an insider's tip for gourmets!), Was awarded a medal.
